We have observed the patterns of consumption from consumers last 2 years and found out they have multiple ways of consuming Himalaya Morning based on drinking volumes and personal preferences

Swallowed with water contents of:

• 1 pouch before drink, 1 pouch after drink
• 1 pouch before drink, 1 pouch next morning
• 2 pouches before drink
• 1 or 2 pouches at any time during drinking

2 pouches are enough to solve hangover. Please do not consume more than 2 pouches per day

• The consumption of alcohol results in the formation of very toxic compound: acetaldehyde which generates massive free radicals that cause damage to cells throughout the body causing people to feel sick the day after consuming too much alcohol.
